1. General Information & Process
Scope of Work: I accept commissions for human, furry, and anthro characters.
The workflow is as follows:Inquiry & Quote: You contact me with your idea, and I provide a price and estimated timeline.Agreement & Payment: Upon agreement, I will send an invoice. Work begins only after the invoice is paid in full.Sketch Phase: After the idea is approved, you will receive 2 to 4 pose sketches to choose from.Updates & Approval: You will receive progress reports at key stages (e.g., sketch, lineart, final version) for feedback and approval.Revisions: Revisions are allowed as outlined in the "Revisions" section below.Completion: Once the final piece is approved and any additional fees are paid, you will receive the high-resolution file.2. Client Responsibilities & Reference Material
Detailed Brief Required: To ensure the best results and an efficient workflow, the Client is required to provide a detailed description of their commission idea. The more information you provide, the more accurately I can bring your vision to life.
Required Information Must Include:Character References: Clear and complete reference sheets or images of all characters involved.Pose & Composition: A description of the desired pose and character interaction. Mood boards, pose references, or rough sketches from the Client are highly encouraged.Emotion & Expression: A clear description of the desired facial expressions and emotions for the character(s).Setting/Background: Details about the desired setting or background, even if minimal.Any Other Details: This includes clothing, specific lighting, mood, or any other important elements.Providing a detailed brief from the start minimizes the need for excessive revisions and helps me provide a more accurate initial quote and timeline.3. Payment Terms
Currency & Methods: All prices are listed in USD. Payment is accepted via LavaTop (Card or PayPal).
Fees: The Client is responsible for covering all transaction fees (bank or payment processor fees).Deposit: A 100% upfront payment is required to secure your slot in the queue and begin work. This payment is non-refundable4. Pricing & Additional Charges
Base Price: The base price is an estimate and may vary depending on the complexity of the requested work (e.g., detailed background, intricate design, unusual poses).
Additional Characters: Adding an additional character will increase the base price by 100% (i.e., it will double the cost).Alternative Versions: Requests for alternative versions of the completed artwork (e.g., a version with different elements like fluids, significant pose changes, different outfits, etc.) are considered a new commission and will be charged accordingly. The price depends on the extent of the changes required.Rush Fee: A rush fee of 75% of the final quoted price is applied for orders requiring expedited completion ahead of the standard queue.5. Timeline & Communication
Estimated Timeline: The average completion time is between 3 to 7 days. This timeframe may be extended depending on my current queue size and the complexity of your order. I will provide an updated timeline upon commission acceptance.
Communication: All communication will be conducted via Discord or FA notes. You will receive progress reports at the main stages of work (sketch, lineart, final).6. Revisions & Changes
To ensure a fair process for both parties, revisions are granted as follows:
Sketch Stage: 2 (two) minor edits are included for free. Any additional edits at this stage will cost $5 USD each.Final Stage: 1 (one) minor edit is included for free after the final rendering is shown. Any additional edits at this stage will cost $7 USD each.Major Changes: Changes that alter the approved sketch or concept (e.g., pose change, adding a new character) will be treated as a new commission and priced accordingly.7. Usage & Commercial Rights
Personal Use (Default): All commissions are intended for personal use only unless otherwise agreed. The Client may not use the artwork for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to creating products (prints, stickers, keychains, etc.) for sale, advertising, or monetized content.
Commercial Rights: Commercial use includes:Advertising for content creators or brands.Branding resources (video thumbnails, streaming overlays, social media promotional illustrations).Merchandise for sale (keychains, stickers, prints, stands, etc.).Any use that generates direct or indirect monetary profit.
If you intend to use the artwork for any commercial purpose, you must purchase a Commercial License. The fee for commercial rights is typically 2x to 6x the base price, depending on the scope and scale of the intended use (e.g., print run, audience size). This must be discussed and agreed upon before work begins.
8. Copyright
I retains all copyright and ownership of the created artwork. This includes the right to display the work in my portfolio, on social media, and use it for self-promotion.
The Client receives the right to use the artwork for the agreed purpose (personal or commercial, if licensed). The Client may not claim the artwork as their own creation, alter it without permission, or remove the artist's signature/watermark.Thank you for your interest in my art!
